From the first phone call to request availability, I always interacted with friendly staff who were very helpful and accommodating of my needs. I rented a room in a shared house, which had just been refurbished at the time I moved in and which I was lucky enough to find in a very convenient location just a few minutes’ walk away from my office. The house was newly furnished and equipped with all you appliances you might need and with all crockery and cutlery. The landlords take an interest in ensuring their tenants are comfortable in their house and are always one call away from helping out with any matters arising. Any repairs or interventions were always carried out in a timely fashion.

“I found the communication process very easy. I received really fast and helpful responses to all of my inquiries. It was also very nice that I could always talk directly to JC.

The house was really nice. All of the appliances were in excellent condition. What I liked a lot was that we had the big new fridge and the small one available and there was a person coming to clean the house. The house was really conveniently located - especially for people working at Rolls-Royce. There is also a gym and supermarket situated very close to the house. I knew that I can rely on JC any time there was any kind of problem or I had a question. This is really important - and having seen also how other agencies work - I can say that this is something that really distinguishes your company from the rest on the market. The house was also in really good condition.
