The company has Client Money Protection insurance providing full coverage for both Landlords and Tenants monies held by TYPP.

We own and manage our own properties as well as those of many Landlords. We take pride in providing great services for the Tenants and Landlords with a keen eye on costs and return.

We can help refresh rooms and properties, in order to make them as attractive as possible for advertising and viewings. This will also help achieve optimum rents. We can replace furniture, fixtures, look after repairs and redecoration and dress rooms/houses to get them ready for advertising. This would be quoted on a case by case basis.
